All items are made to order. All custom designs are non-refundable and does not qualify for exchange. Non- returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/ store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, dresses, jumpsuits, pants suits, wedding dresses, prom dresses, graduation, homecoming, gala, formal wear, candles and masks.
We gladly accept return on all jewelry and/or accessories for an exchange for equal value or store credit.
*Jewelry and accessories must be returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
* In original packaging, unused condition.
